- CHASSIS

Our chassis, which is all steel construction, is processed on CNC benches after stress relief. Thanks to the linear rails positioned in full parallel, it can operate precisely without vibration and at maximum speeds.

- SPINDLE

There are different power and speed options, especially 7.5 kW and 9 kW and 18,000 and 24,000 rpm.
It can be selected as air or water cooled.

- CONTROL UNIT

The industrial control panel is fully equipped with machine-specific software. A computer aided control unit can be used for different applications.

- VACUUM PUMP

It is equipped with a 305 m3 oil vane vacuum pump. Vacuum quality is high thanks to its specially designed collector. Vacuum zones separated on the table are controlled via the panel. Different types and power vacuum pumps can be selected for special applications.

- AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGE

Fixed and bridge magazine options are available. Fixed magazine can be increased up to 25 pieces, under-bridge magazine up to 15 tool holders.

- AUTOMATIC TOOL LENGTH MEASUREMENT

With the precision tool length measurement sensor, the tool lengths are automatically measured and memorized. Ease of use allows time saving and precision machining.

- AUTO LOAD

Material loading is carried out automatically with the automatic loading unit.

- AUTOMATIC DISCHARGE AND CLEANING SYSTEM

With the automatic unloading unit, the cut materials are driven onto the fixed bench or conveyor. While the material is being applied, the surface of the table is cleaned together with the cleaning system at the same time, and dust and burrs formed during cutting are collected. In addition to its ease of use, it also prevents environmental pollution.
